Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@webgeneticcounseling.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

It's simple! When you click the link for an appointment you will be directed to our HIPAA compliant electronic health record to set up your appointment time. Choose the appointment type that best suits your needs. You will be sent documents to sign and a family history questionnaire to complete. This must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to allow for our genetic counselors to provide you with the best care. Your appointment will then be held over a tele-health platform.

After the visit, you will be sent a detailed letter outlining everything discussed in the visit. This will not be shared with your healthcare provider unless specifically directed by you.
